Nick graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and began his physiotherapy career in private practice in Melbourne. In 2013, he moved to London, where he spent four years working in a range of clinics across both private and outpatient settings. Since returning to Melbourne in 2016, Nick has been a key part of the mhealth team, helping clients recover from injury, overcome pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Nick is especially passionate about helping people achieve their goals through structured,
evidence-based rehab—whether that’s returning to sport, preventing re-injury, or improving everyday movement. He integrates clinical Pilates as a powerful tool for recovery and performance enhancement.
With experience both in Australia and the UK, Nick has worked extensively with recreational and elite athletes, including touring with sporting teams across multiple disciplines. He maintains that Pilates is good for people who want to improve their body awareness, posture, movement and alleviate back pain. For Steve, the most rewarding part of being a Physiotherapist is helping people become pain-free.
Steve’s goal is to share what he has learned from his years of practice in both London and Australia with clients who have been suffering from physical problems due to injuries or weight issues. He wants to be a part of each client’s journey, pushing them to their physical limitations in order to prevent injury and improve their overall performance.
