His approach is centered around personalised, goal-driven rehabilitation, with an emphasis on testing and data collection, building strength, and empowering clients to take control of their recovery. Nick is an experienced physiotherapist and Director of mhealth, with more than 15 years of experience in private practice in Australia and the UK. He graduated from La Trobe University in 2010 and joined mhealth after returning to Melbourne in 2017.
Nick enjoys helping people feel comfortable from the outset, taking the time to listen, understand what’s important to them and explain things in a clear and straightforward way. His approach is relaxed, practical and goal-focused, working together with clients to get them back to the things that matter most.
He has particular interests in knee rehabilitation, lower back pain, sporting injuries and golf-related rehabilitation, but enjoys the variety of private practice and treats a broad range of musculoskeletal injuries from head to toe. He works with people of all ages and activity levels, combining hands-on treatment where appropriate with structured exercise and strength-based rehabilitation.
Nick believes good rehabilitation should go beyond simply settling pain. His aim is to restore confidence, build strength and capacity, and help people get back to doing what they enjoy.

He’s a lifelong sports fan, tragically supporting Essendon in the AFL and West Ham in the Premier League. Having retired from playing footy for Old Brighton Grammarians, golf is now his main sporting obsession. He also enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and finding any excuse to be somewhere warm and sunny.
Steve is an experienced physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates instructor and Director of mhealth, with more than 25 years of experience in private practice. Over that time, he has worked with people of all ages and activity levels — from young athletes and weekend warriors through to people simply wanting to move better, feel stronger and keep doing the things they love.
Steve believes great physiotherapy starts with understanding the person, not just the injury. He takes the time to work out what is really going on, explain it in a way that makes sense and develop a clear plan to get people moving forward.
His approach combines hands-on treatment where appropriate with exercise, strength and progressive rehabilitation. He has particular interests in sporting injuries, spinal and lower back pain, running injuries and strength-based rehabilitation, but after more than 25 years in private practice, enjoys treating the full range of musculoskeletal problems.
Steve strongly believes that getting someone out of pain is only part of the job. Good rehabilitation should build confidence, strength and capacity — helping people not only recover from injury, but get back to what matters to them and stay there.
As a long-time Clinical Pilates instructor, Steve also has extensive experience using movement and exercise as part of rehabilitation. He enjoys helping people understand what their bodies are capable of and giving them the confidence to keep moving rather than being afraid of movement.

Sport plays a pretty big part in life. He is a keen runner, an enthusiastic junior football coach and a lifelong AFL fan. When he’s not treating patients, training or standing on the boundary coaching, he loves travelling, eating well, spending time with family and friends and generally finding another challenge to throw himself into.
And despite more than 25 years as a physiotherapist, he remains firmly convinced that getting people stronger, moving and doing the things they love beats telling them what they shouldn’t do.
